3. Payment Terms Payment for services must be made in accordance with the payment schedule agreed upon in our proposal or agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees.

4. Intellectual Property All original content produced by us during the course of our services remains our intellectual property until full payment has been received. Upon payment, clients will receive the rights to use the content as outlined in our agreement.

5. Confidentiality We respect your privacy and are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your information. We will not disclose any confidential information without your consent, except as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific services provided.

7. Governing Law These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Michigan, USA. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Michigan, USA
